Who is Jesus Christ?

It's not about what people called Jesus, it's how well you know Him.

Many people call the name of Jesus Christ but only a few know Him. This is evident in their behavior and relationship with others. Even though people have different perspectives about the identity of Jesus Christ, nothing is confusing about Jesus Christ because He never changes.

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever - Hebrew 13:8

There is only one Jesus Christ who is the saviour of the world.

During the ministry of Jesus Christ on earth, He asked His disciples some questions about His identity, starting from the world view. Their response showed that the world has various perspectives about Him because they did not know Him as they claim.

When Jesus came to the region of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, "Who do people say the Son of Man is?"

They replied, "Some say John the Baptist; others say Elijah; and still others, Jeremiah or one of the prophets." Matthew 16: 13-14

Just like then many see Jesus Christ as one of the prophets sent by God to deliver a message to a particular group of people. They don't know Him because they didn't have an intimate relationship with Him, you can't have full knowledge of someone you don't relate with. If the world doesn't know Jesus Christ, you should because you are His disciple.

Who is Jesus Christ to You? Do you also see Him as a prophet, John the Baptist, or one of the ways to God?

"But what about you?" he asked. "Who do you say I am?"

Simon Peter answered, "You are the Christ, the Son of the living God." - Matthew 16: 15-16

Who do you say I am?

Jesus asked the disciples the same question but Peter gave the right answer. He called Him Christ, He called Him Son of the living God. Peter didn't get the answer by human reasoning, the answer was revealed to him by God. If God doesn't reveal Jesus Christ to you through the Holy Spirit, you can not know Him.

Jesus replied, "Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by man, but by my Father in heaven - Matthew 16: 17.

If you know Him as Lord, your life is secured.

If you know Him as the Messiah, you will experience His salvation

If you know Him as the Only Way, you will not be stressed out searching for the right path to take in life.

The more of Him you know, the more of Him you will experience.

Jesus Christ reveals Himself to whoever seeks Him wholeheartedly.
